About this apartment
Modern fancy flat, designed by architects and fully renovated (whole building) in 2017 with high industrial ceiling and authentic modernist floor, close to the Bogatell beach of Barcelona.
Orientated south facing direction sea, the flat is really silent and relaxing.
A large balcony prolongs the flat and let the natural light illuminate the living room and main bedroom.
The modern and full equipped kitchen is opened to the living room; the two bedrooms have their own closets and air conditioning.
A part, there is the spacious bathroom with shower and a separated toilet.
The flat is in the 4th floor with lift.
This property is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay, manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team.
We have all the official licenses and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya.
Corporate social responsibility:
One part of our profit is donated to Doctors Without Borders and Help Children (Aldees Infantils SOS).

Checkin/Checkout times

If you need to check in / out before or after these hours, you must apply at the time of booking. These options are subject to availability and may have an additional cost. -
Cancellations
Moderate
If guest cancel between the reservation day and 15 days before the check-in date, we will charge 10% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge 50% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel less than 7 days before the check-in date, we will charge 100% as cancelation fees.

Final Cleaning Fee: 85 €
Refundable deposit: 200 €
Tourist tax: 5 € / person / night.We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco-friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment, if you wish to have some extra towels, we will apply an extra fee.
Extra towels: 5EUR for delivery, 2EUR for 1 big towel and 1EUR for 1 small towel.
City tax: price / person / night to pay at check-in, the amount is fixed by Catalan authorities.
PS: This tax is applicable to persons older than 17 years and only for the first 7 nights.
Late check-in fee: 30EUR after 20:30
Late check-out, upon availability: 25EUR for the stay until maximum 17:00.

Comments about this apartment
We really enjoyed this apartment. It had two amazing and comfortable beds which we really needed to rest after long days of many activities, walking, eating and dancing. It's around the corner of a metro station and if you don't mind nice walks - you can easily reach the beach and city centre too.
