This beautiful and bright penthouse is located in the center of Barcelona on the famous Rambla Catalunya, at only 50 meters from Plaza Catalunya and close to Paseo de Gracia with all the luxury shops. You will enjoy his terrace with amazing views!
There are 2 quiet bedrooms, each one with a double bed, there is one complete bathroom, a spacious dinning and living room with direct access to the terrace where you can eat outside, and a big fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine and dryer.
The flat is located in the 6th floor with lift.
This property is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay, manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team.
We have all the official licenses and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya.
Corporate social responsibility:

Cancellations
Moderate
If guest cancel between the reservation day and 15 days before the check-in date, we will charge 10% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge 50% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel less than 7 days before the check-in date, we will charge 100% as cancelation fees.

Final Cleaning Fee: 90 €
Refundable deposit: 200 €
Tourist tax: 5 € / person / night.We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco-friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment, if you wish to have some extra towels, we will apply an extra fee.
Extra towels: 5EUR for delivery, 2EUR for 1 big towel, and 1EUR for 1 small towel.
City tax: price/person/night to pay at check-in, the amount is fixed by Catalan authorities.
PS: This tax is applicable to persons older than 17 years and only for the first 7 nights.
Late check-in fee: 30EUR after 20:30
Late check-out, upon availability: 25EUR for the stay until maximum 17:00.

Amazing stay! Perfect location, fabulous balcony, beautiful entrance, walked everywhere and used the fantastic kitchen the entire time. Eberhard was so helpful with staying an extra night and always answered messages right away. This is the place to say!!
La comunicación y los tiempos de respuesta de los anfitriones fueron muy rápidos, lo cual se agradece. La ubicación es increíble, con 4 lineas de metro a menos de una cuadra. La vista desde el ático también es muy bonita. El apartamento es bastante grande, estaba muy limpio y cumplió el 100% de mis expectativas.
We had a fantastic short break in Barcelona. The apartment was amazingly well located - both for taking the Aerobus from the airport and for Las Ramblas and all the key sites. We enjoyed having lunch on the balcony in the sun. Than you so much!
Location next to plaza de Catalunya was excellent. Check-in / check-out was a breeze. The flat also has clothes dryer wihich is unusual !
Location was fabulous everything nearby and felt safe
