About this apartment
This apartment has been refurbished by a local architect in 2013, it is located in a trendy district of Barcelona called San Antoni, known for his famous covered market and for the trendies restaurants, bars, and coffees around. You can easily walk to Las Ramblas (10 min) or to Plaza Catalunya, the historic center… there is a metro station at 150 meters from the flat and the bus to go to the beach is only few blocks away from the flat.
The flat is fully equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi, smart TV, it features two double bedrooms with separable beds, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a complete bathroom and a courtesy toilet.
The flat is located in the 2d floor (3rd real) without lift.
This property is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay, manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team.
We have all the official licenses and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya.

If you need to check in / out before or after these hours, you must apply at the time of booking. These options are subject to availability and may have an additional cost. -
Cancellations
Moderate
If guest cancel between the reservation day and 15 days before the check-in date, we will charge 10% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge 50% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel less than 7 days before the check-in date, we will charge 100% as cancelation fees.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Final Cleaning Fee: 95 €
Refundable deposit: 500 €
Tourist tax: 5 € / person / night.We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment, if you wish to have some extra towels, we will apply an extra fee.
Extra towels: 5EUR for delivery, 2EUR for 1 big towel and 1EUR for 1 small towel.
City tax: price / person / night to pay at check-in, the amount is fixed by Catalan authorities.
PS: This tax is applicable to persons older than 17 years and only for the first 7 nights.
Late check-in fee: 30EUR after 20:30
Late check-out, upon availability: 25EUR for the stay until maximum 17:00.

Nice flat, very good location down villaroel
Dejlig lokation og grundighed i korrespondancen.
Eberhard&Aurélie were incredibly understanding, letting us arrive a day earlier for free because of the COVID situation. The flat is in an ideal location, with 2 balconies where we could sunbathe and eat. Very clean and nicely decorated, and outstanding hospitality and communication from these hosts. Very grateful to you!
