About this apartment
This newly refurbished and very good situated flat consists of 2 parts:
One large studio with a king-size bed (160×200) + cooking area and a gallery with a large dining table.
And a studio with a king-size bed (160×200), and a small cooking area.
Both are equipped with their own bathroom.
It´s located on the 2d floor without a lift.
This property is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay, manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team.
We have all the official licenses and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya.
The apartment is equipped with an alarm system with a motion detector and photo cameras for images that are only activated when the alarm goes on due to illegal occupation.
Corporate social responsibility:
One part of our profit is donated to Doctors Without Borders and Help Children (Aldees Infantils SOS)

Checkin/Checkout times
Check-in: from 15:00h.
Check out: before 11:00h
If you need to check in / out before or after these hours, you must apply at the time of booking. These options are subject to availability and may have an additional cost. -
Cancellations
Moderate
If guest cancel between the reservation day and 15 days before the check-in date, we will charge 10% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge 50% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel less than 7 days before the check-in date, we will charge 100% as cancelation fees.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Final Cleaning Fee: 95 €
Refundable deposit: 200 €
Tourist tax: 4.97 € / person / night.We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco-friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment, if you wish to have some extra towels, we will apply an extra fee.
Extra towels: 5EUR for delivery, 2EUR for 1 big towel and 1EUR for 1 small towel.
City tax: price / person / night to pay at check-in, the amount is fixed by Catalan authorities.
PS: This tax is applicable to persons older than 17 years and only for the first 7 nights.
Late check-in fee: 30EUR after 20:30
Late check-out, upon availability: 25EUR for the stay until maximum 17:00.
