It consists of a double room and one with a bunk bed, an open space with a kitchen, dining room, living room with a terrace that overlooks the community garden. It has an outdoor parking space. The beach promenade reaches the charming town of Cubelles. The ideal place to rest and enjoy the beach.
This property is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay, manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team.
We have all the official licenses and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya.
The apartment is equipped with an alarm system with a motion detector and photo cameras for images that are only activated when the alarm goes on due to illegal occupation.
