About this apartment
The house is located on the seafront in Salou, the most important town of the ´Costa Dorada´ in relation to tourism and holiday activities. It is well-connected with trains, airport, and highways. It is also located very close to secluded beaches, fishing villages such as Cambrils, and entertainment venues such as Universal Studios Port Aventura Amusement Park and Ferrari World.
Furthermore, it has two double bedrooms (one suite) and one single bed on the first floor and a private garden. Beds have quality mattresses and linens, ensuring a full rest and sleep. There are bathrooms downstairs and upstairs, a living room opens to the garden with a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace shaded by several mulberry trees. On the first floor, you will find a terrace with a panoramic view and an outdoor shower.
This property is in compliance with the law being professionally managed by our family business ES-FLATS (Aurélie & Eberhard), we check the flat before and after each stay, manage cleaning and maintenance with a professional team.
We have all the official licenses and insurances required to exercise the touristic rental, which is mandatory in Catalunya.
Corporate social responsibility:

If you need to check in / out before or after these hours, you must apply at the time of booking. These options are subject to availability and may have an additional cost. -
Cancellations
Moderate
If guest cancel between the reservation day and 15 days before the check-in date, we will charge 10% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge 50% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel less than 7 days before the check-in date, we will charge 100% as cancelation fees.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Final Cleaning Fee: 60 €
Refundable deposit: 200 €
Tourist tax: 1 € / person / night.We keep trying to be as much as possible “eco-friendly”, so please help us to take care of the environment, if you wish to have some extra towels, we will apply an extra fee.
Extra towels: 5EUR for delivery, 2EUR for 1 big towel, and 1EUR for 1 small towel.
City tax: price/person/night to pay at check-in, the amount is fixed by Catalan authorities.
PS: This tax is applicable to persons older than 17 years and only for the first 7 nights.
Late check-in fee: 30EUR after 20:30
Late check-out, upon availability: 25EUR for the stay until maximum 17:00.
