About this apartment
Flat with terrace and garden, located at 400m to the famous Cristal beach (Playa Cristal), at 50 m from the medical center (CAP Salut) and 200m to the supermarket Esclat (opened 24/7), with bakery, fishery and butcher, it is also located on the new avenida Barcelona with all it´s bar, restaurants and shops.
The flat has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with matrimonial bed and 1 with 2 single beds (you can join them to make a matrimonial bed if needed), both bedrooms has wardrobes.
The bathroom has WC, shower and washing machine, the kitchen is fully equipped with diswasher, oven, microwave and basic ustensiles.
The living room has a table for 4, a sofa and a TV, it is opened to the terrace equiped with a table and confortable armchairs. Then you can take few steps down and enjoy the garden area with chill out and outdoor shower.
You can exit the house from both side, from the garden to go to the beach or the main entrance to go on Avenida Barcelona and the shops.
You can park your car in front of the building as it is for the residents.
This is a relaxing place to enjoy holidays, even in summer time it is never crowded.
The flat is well orientated so it is never too hot inside, A/C is not needed, in case we also have some fans in the rooms.
We can also offer baby kit for free (babycot, high chair, babybath)

Cancellations

If guest cancel between the reservation day and 15 days before the check-in date, we will charge 10% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel between 14 and 8 days before the check-in date, we will charge 50% of the accommodation as cancelation fees.
If guest cancel less than 7 days before the check-in date, we will charge 100% as cancelation fees.
